Retort Controls Add-On Modules

Available with STOCK ICON SCADA Retort Controls are several add-on modules.

The Alarm Challenge is a Retort Controls add-on module designed specifically to test and document all alarms, devices, logic, and critical control factors. These checks are executed and documented across every phase of the process, and once the Alarm Challenge process is complete, a report is provided documenting the results of module execution. Reports and documentation provided by the Alarm Challenge module can be used in conjunction with other validation protocol, maintenance records, and your own SOP’s, which can all be a part of your requisite record keeping needs.

The Equipment Maintenance Retort Controls add-on module provides equipment history and performance through the monitoring and recording of equipment and device runtime and/or number of cycles. This allows predictable scheduling of maintenance before major damage, failure, or production downtime occur. Further benefits and insight can be realized when coupled with our Vibration Monitoring add-on module.

The Vibration Monitoring Retort Controls add-on module utilizes components and software integrated with the retort control system to provide notification of common conditions such as impact, fatigue, and friction. This allows predictable scheduling of maintenance before major damage, failure, or production downtime occur. When combined with the Maintenance add-on module, predictable maintenance scheduling can be achieved and production downtime reduced.
